Notes
A young seeker who is eager to prove himself, as many are. He graduated in the top half of his class recently and found his place within the ranks of the Air Force. He can often be found doing whatever his superiors or hero-of-the-moment is doing, frequently using this to excuse his own actions. After all, the OTHERS were all doing it, right? Echo comes equipped with standard seeker's arm-lasers, and his attempts at mimicking others can often cause him to stall out in midair, or put him in an unwanted situation.
