Static is a smooth talking mech that could sell ice on an arctic planet, if he really wanted too. He can sit and talk for hours about the most boring subjects, then suddenly switch gears telling stories and tales that astound the listener. A real people person, he can get along with most anyone. He believes the airwaves are free for everyone, and takes advantage of them whenever the mood strikes him. Doesn't really believe in violence, would rather talk his way out of a stressful situation. Let the others fight it out, he'll be around long after their gone, telling the stories to the next generation.
