Vortex is the Decepticon interrogator. Initially built for the front lines, it was soon discovered that his talents would be put to better use elsewhere. Vicious, sadistic and unprincipled, he's never understood the purpose of a moral compass. He enjoys his work, some would say too much (although probably not where Vortex could hear them). With a helicopter alt and a unique perspective on the universe, what he lacks in speed, he makes up for in twisted creativity.
